Good day gentlemen. I wanted to thank you for the very efficient and informative order process. I also want you to know that your tactical gear, mag pouches specifically, is of very good quality. I have MOLLE equipment that was issued to me as an infantryman in the Army, and I've looked at a lot of the aftermarket MOLLE equipment being sold at the post retailers, for twice as much or more, and yours is every bit as good. I have an inexpensive plate carrier and mag pouches from you for my personal gear and I was impressed enough that I have ordered more pouches for my issue LBV. So far the plate carrier is holding up to my level IV plates. I have mentioned your company several times to the guys in my unit, and when I get the new mag pouches and dump pouch I have no doubt you will get some orders since our command is allowing us some latitude in our gear. I do not have any airsoft guns at this time, but have considered getting one just for training purposes. If i do I'm certain I will be contacting you for advice on the best M4 clone for my needs. I have to say buying through Airsoft GI is an absolute pleasure. I drove 2 hours to their location and had excellent customer service while there. They even modified my KWA M4 same day so that I could take it home with me that day. Two weeks later I saw the employee that sold me my gear at a game and he lent me his optics system since my battery had died on mine and then ended up switching optics with me. I have never had such a rewarding experince with a company as I have with Airsoft GI. I would highly reccommend using them whether in their retail location or online. Thanks Ross and Airsoft GI.

I just wanted to write this letter to inform you to keep up the good work.
I'am new to AIRSOFT and a friend directed me to your site to start me in the
sport. I purchased a gift package(Vector Arms Full Metal MK5A5 Gift Package
ONLINE ONLY) a few days ago and let me tell you, the transaction went great.
I placed the order on line then had to call you guys to verify transaction
and the operator that had answered the phone was very professional and
helpful. That half went great and I thank you.
You guys kept me up to date with e-mails that I loved.
A second interaction with you was one of the items was on back order and I
called in with a few questions and the operator that had picked up the phone
that time was extremely helpful and offered plenty of advice. I wish I could
remember their names to show them due credit.
The package arrived yesterday and evrything was in order and works great.

AirsoftGI is always good about "making nice" with the customer, they are the only airsoft vendor that has above and beyond customer service.
This is really important to me because they don't make me feel like I'm just an order number, they do whatever in there power to set things even. I have spent hundreds of happy, guilt free, dollars on AirsoftGI.

I just wanted to let you know that I received the Airsoft gun I ordered for my son's November 17th birthday. It arrived earlier today as the tracking info said it would. What a cool surprise when we received a box with Happy Birthday messages written all over it from you guys! And then when he opened it there was an Airsoft GI shirt, a couple ASGI hats and a bag of BB's. It really made this gift special and not to mention he tested out the gun and it worked great!
