Ok, you guys are great! I got on the GI forums to do the usual, and I got a private message. It quoted teambutterfield(a GI forum moderator and probably a GI employee) saying that I won the Novak NeXt pistol from a free raffle on the GI forums. I was amazed at what I saw! I couldn't believe it. I have never won anything like this in a raffle, let alone a $140 pistol! I was so excited that I had to tell somebody, so I told my parents. My mom read it, read it again, and said "Yea right, its just some mean kid playing a prank on you." Comes about 7 days later, she says that they weren't lying, you got a package from Airsoft GI. I was so excited, I got home from school and opened it up right away. I must say, you guys really know how to pick out a prize! My family is in a bit of an financial downturn, so this really made a probably weak Christmas a real special one!!! Thanks again GI, keep up the great work and customer service! Good day gentlemen. I wanted to thank you for the very efficient and informative order process. I also want you to know that your tactical gear, mag pouches specifically, is of very good quality. I have MOLLE equipment that was issued to me as an infantryman in the Army, and I've looked at a lot of the aftermarket MOLLE equipment being sold at the post retailers, for twice as much or more, and yours is every bit as good. I have an inexpensive plate carrier and mag pouches from you for my personal gear and I was impressed enough that I have ordered more pouches for my issue LBV. So far the plate carrier is holding up to my level IV plates. I have mentioned your company several times to the guys in my unit, and when I get the new mag pouches and dump pouch I have no doubt you will get some orders since our command is allowing us some latitude in our gear. I do not have any airsoft guns at this time, but have considered getting one just for training purposes. If i do I'm certain I will be contacting you for advice on the best M4 clone for my needs. I have to say buying through Airsoft GI is an absolute pleasure. I drove 2 hours to their location and had excellent customer service while there. They even modified my KWA M4 same day so that I could take it home with me that day. Two weeks later I saw the employee that sold me my gear at a game and he lent me his optics system since my battery had died on mine and then ended up switching optics with me. I just wanted to let you know why Airsoftgi is my only retailer from now on. I made an order last week and the item was out of stock. I called and talked to Nathan who work with me for a long time trying to find a replacement part, for the out of stock item, as I needed it for an upcoming event. Nathan put in 110% in trying to find an alternative part, including searching the Boneyard, and made me feel like he really cared about my order. In the end no alternative replacement was found but because of Nathan and how he treated me I was good with that. Now this is where the story usually ends but I get a message from Nathan when I arrived this morning saying he found the part and was shipping it out!!! I can’t believe that even after working with me all that time he still did not give up and eventually found the part. Kudos to Nathan and Airsoftgi. I have officially sent separations letter to Evike and my other retailers as they have never come close to that kind of service. Just wanted to make sure you know how great Nathan is and that you won over a customer for life that will be spreading the word on just how great you guys are.

Having played airsoft for over 10 years, and being a professional airsmith, I have purchased all sorts of parts from virtually every major retailer. Never before have I seen the fastidious customer service offered by Airsoft GI. I have several times been amazed by the service I have received, but most incredible was a recent incident where a part had fallen out of a kit some time during package processing. It would have been perfectly easy for Airsoft GI to simply tell me that I must have lost it and it was my problem, but instead the looked for it and actually found and shipped me the missing item. The whole problem took less than two days for me to call, inform them of the problem, and for them to find and ship the part. I was blown away. Unsurprisingly, I will continue to order guns and parts from Airsoft GI.

I just had to send this email to let you know of my experience at your Black Friday sale and raffle. This event was I think by far the most well run event like this I have ever been to. For how many customers were there and how hard your employees worked, I never once heard them complain, they always had a smile on their face (even if it was a tired smile), and they all seemed eager to help. I've been an airsofter for about four years. As usual for most young airsofters, i started out just with "walmart" guns. Then as i got older and more skilled, i went to ordering online. At first I didn't know the difference between certain airsoft sites. So, I used evike, thinking they were ok. I was wrong. Almost every order had a flaw in it, and i was getting angrier every order.
